These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of prgun.com and the press release distribution services provided by PR Gun ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or submitting a press release, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using PR Gun on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

PR Gun provides a press release distribution service. We review, publish, and distribute press releases to our network of media outlets, news sites, and syndication partners. Distribution scope depends on the plan selected at the time of purchase.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content Guidelines

All press releases must comply with our Editorial Guidelines. You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the right to distribute the content you submit.
Your content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Your content is truthful, not misleading, and complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Your content does not fall into any prohibited category outlined in our Editorial Guidelines.

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or request revisions to any press release that does not meet our standards.

5. Payment & Refunds

Payment is required before press release distribution. All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.

Refunds are available if your press release has not yet entered the review process. Once a press release has been reviewed and approved for distribution, refunds are not available. Press releases rejected for violating our Editorial Guidelines are not eligible for refunds; however, you may submit a revised or replacement press release that meets our standards.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting a press release, you grant PR Gun a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, distribute, and display your press release as part of our service. This license continues after your account is closed for press releases that have already been distributed.

The PR Gun name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property and may not be used without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

PR Gun is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:

That your press release will be picked up by any specific media outlet or journalist.
Any particular level of traffic, visibility, or media coverage.
Uninterrupted or error-free access to our service.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PR Gun and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of our service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
